Processing: in-stock orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing the next business day.

Delivery: the shipping options, cost and estimated delivery window for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships — allow up to 48 hours for the first scan.

Returns: 30 days from delivery to change your mind, if the item comes back in like-new, resellable condition with its accessories and packaging. No restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return arriving.

Faulty or damaged: email us with your order number and photos or video. Every item carries a 1-year limited warranty, and nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Disconnect power before plugging or unplugging the cable.
• Only use it within the 12 V / 24 V DC system it is designed for, with a fused supply.
• Route it clear of the S3X's moving parts, hot surfaces and sharp edges, with a little slack for full pan and tilt.
• Keep the connectors dry. Replace the cable if the insulation or pins are damaged.
