Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use trackr360.com (the "site") or buy from TRACKR360 ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
1. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include GST where applicable. Shipping and any duties or taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your full card details.
3. Product information and correct use
We try to describe products accurately, including their limits (such as the 1 kg / 2.2 lb load limit, 270° pan and 180° tilt, and rain resistance rather than waterproofing). Real-world performance, including wireless range, depends on conditions and installation. You are responsible for checking compatibility with your vehicle and equipment, and for installing and using products according to the instructions and safety notes.
4. Lawful use
You must use products lawfully, including all vehicle, lighting, spotlighting, hunting, land-access and electrical laws that apply where you use them. Our pan-and-tilt mounts are designed to be used with the vehicle parked and removed before driving.
5. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, and product defects by Our Warranty. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by misuse, incorrect installation or wiring, overloading, modification, or use contrary to the instructions or the law. Where our liability for goods that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use can be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods or refunding their price.
7. Site content
The text, images, videos and branding on the site belong to TRACKR360 or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
