Any instalment options available to you appear at checkout. Terms are set by the provider, not by us.
Currency
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. The currency you are charged in is confirmed at checkout, and your bank may apply its own conversion or international fee.
Security
Payment pages are served over TLS and processed by Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant checkout. Card numbers are not transmitted to us or held on our systems.
If a payment fails
The most common causes are an address mismatch, an international-transaction block, or insufficient funds. Check those first, then contact your bank. If it still fails, email us with the approximate time of the attempt — never send card details by email.
